About the Author: Erline Belton is the CEO and founder of The Lyceum Group, an organization development firm located in Roxbury, Massachusetts. The Mission of The Lyceum Group is to influence societal and workplace re-thinking, as well as, legacy creation. She believes that strategy realignment, which is value-based impacts profitability and world culture. Her life s work is to be of service to others in their search for truth-based effective principles and strategies that support positive business results. Prior to the creation of The Lyceum Group, Ms. Belton had held several senior level human resource and organizational development positions in Corporate America. Her work has focused on both the United States and many international markets. Since forming The Lyceum Group in 1991, Ms. Belton has worked with organizations as varied as Applebee's restaurants, the Cleveland Film Society, the U.S. Department of Currency and the White House. Presently, Ms. Belton serves on corporate and non-profit boards of directors.
