About this Item

Folio, cloth, dustwrapper, slipcase, 265pp., 181 plates (some folding). The catalogue for Korean calligraphist Jung Do-Jun's 2001 UNESCO Miro Gallery exhibition in Paris. Captions, preface, and text (entitled "4000 Years of Signs") are printed in Korean and English. Unfortunately, publisher, date, and place are printed only in Korean, hence the blanks and question marks in our listing. A massive retrospective. The book is VG++: clean and sound binding, clean text and images, clean edges; the dustwrapper is VG+ with no more than trace hints of soiling; the slipcase too is VG+ with but light evidence of previous ownership. A very heavy work which will require postage above and beyond our stated cost. Bookseller Inventory # ATL49995
