Originally published in the magazine THE DELINEATOR, in 1904, and printed in book form only once in anthology of Christmas Tales in 1915. This edition newly illus. by Richard Rosenblum. Scarce. Ex. library copy. Tape on inside covers, reinforced binding, rear endpaper missing, and pocket in rear. Contents mostly clean and nice. DJ worn/taped around spine with small edge pieces missing, and larger piece gone lower edge near spine. Still, mostly nice copy of rather obscure title. Bookseller Inventory # 004754
