Provenance: One-word signature "Grainger" dated 1860; signature of Charles Louis Marbury dated 1917. 12mo. 571, [1], iv, 281, [1] pp.; 3 maps, 2 plts. Hall, American Greek Testaments, 17. Contemporary blind-stamped cloth, spine with gilt-stamped title; cloth a bit rubbed over extremities with scrape to front joint. Front pastedown with small bookplate of a prominent 20th-century collector; pastedown and free endpaper also with inked inscriptions. Maps age-toned, attractively.
