Brown cloth boards over dark brown leather spine and corners. Gilt lettering and details on the front cover and spine. Blind-stamped lettering on the rear cover. All edges marbled. Extremities are rubbed and a little worn in places. Corners are bumped and slightly worn. Spine is cocked, head and foot of spine are slightly bumped and rubbed. There is a 1 1/2" split at the head of the spine which has been mended from behind. Covers are a bit rubbed in places. Joints are slightly loose. Tear in rear pastedown mended.
