A remarkable firsthand account of Joe E. Brown's entertaining of the servicemen in World War II after his own son Don was killed. While he later became famous for the closing line in Billy Wilder's Some Like it Hot, he traveled 150,000 miles all over the world to entertain the troops in the Aleutians, New Guinea, China and India.
