Our bookstore is strictly by-appointment, with over 30,000 fine antiquarian, rare and collectible and out-of-print books and historic documents, autographs of historical figures, and pre-1900 maps displayed and available to purchase. We have been booksellers since 1990, exhibiting at hundreds of book fairs and trade shows, and one of the few antiquarian brick-and-mortar booksellers in Chicago with premises that are open to the public. Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Quoted shipping rates are based on shipment weights of 2.0 lbs. or less. For non-USA orders, if the book you order is larger than an octavo, is multi-volume, or is thick and those factors cause the shipment to weigh over 2.0 lbs (about 0.9kg), expect that an extra shipping charge will be assessed to cover the actual cost of the shipment. Overnight and expedited shipping is available. INSURANCE against damage or loss is included at no extra charge.
