Red cloth (some spotting), 251 pp., photos. No d.j. Bookplate. Smaller format. Written by his wife, an excellent Texas book. Dixon was in the Battle of Adobe Walls in 1874 where the buffalo hunters fought a large group of Cheyenne, Arapahoe, Commanche & Kiowa. Later scouted for Gen. Miles.
