5 volume 8vo set. In green gold embossed cloth boards. Volume 5 is a little different from the others. Volume one is 1856 and 459 pages, volume 2 is 1856 and is 486 pages, volume 3 is 1857 and is 483 pages, volume 4 is 1857 and is 479 pages and volume 5 is 1859 and 434 pages + some ads. Volume 1 thru 4 are tight and very bright boards and gilt. Volume 5 is a bit later printing and the boards are a paler color and has a different embossing on the front board. All bindings tight all endpapers not split or marked. All 5 contents tight and very clean with no foxing. There is a bit of wear to the spine ends and tips but overall a quite nice set.
