Front cover has a reverse silhouette of 2 girls looking at a necklace; overlapping circles are across the spine and front cover. Top end stained green. Glossy b & w frontis. and three interior b & w plates. Front and back list to In the Shadow of the Tower. Three G. & D. ads in the back. 215 pages. Cloth on spine has faded a little. Lower half of back cover has light, scratch lines. Corners and edges of spine are slightly rubbed. Endpapers are green tone and show 2 girls, near a chair, looking at a paper. Front fep is missing.
