Montréal, John Lovell& Son, corrected to 16th June 1883, original hardcover with cloth spine, about 8 3/4 X 6 inches, 772 pages, illustrated with numerous ads. The cover is in Good condition ; clean and solid, showing some edge wear to boards, some water stains to front and back boards, a large sticker shadow on front cover, some light wear and rubbing to spine, please see images for more details. The strip cloth made for hanging up the book is present and in very good condition, still very solid. Interior in VERY GOOD condition; clean, tight and solid, showing some general yellowing to pages edges, a small and very discrete stamp to page 3, and an institutional stamp on each page edges The last page was glued on the last endpaper leaving a small piece of paper on it and a large stain on dried glue on page 772 (see the images).
