Add to basketVery Good. 1949 The Curtis Publishing Company. This is a custom hard-bound edition of Ladies Home Journal December 1949, vol. 66, no. 12. Original covers bound in. This was created to commemorate a talk given by James Walter Brown, Jr., the guest at the WJW continuity event at the WJW building on December 14th 1949. He was featured in the Profile of Youth story in this issue of the magazine. A placard for the event and a mimeographed sheet with notes about the talk is included. This burgundy cloth-covered hardback, 11 x 14 inches, has gold cover lettering stating "Profile of Youth" and "Jim Brown Class of '50". Mr. Brown was a student at Shaker Heights High School at the time. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Spine ends lightly bumped and rubbed. Small pencil mark at top corner of front cover of magazine. Pages clean and unmarked. A few bottom corners of pages are turned just at the tips. No dust jacket, as issued. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
