8vo. 24,4pp. Original blind-stamped wrappers stapled and bound in modern binding of paper-covered boards with cover plate and tan cloth spine. Discoloration to cover plate. Inside front board Ex libris of Wolf Leslau, the famous expert on Semitic languages and former Professor at UCLA. Original wrappers have some creasing, discoloration and minor closed tears to outer edge of front cover. Small signature of previous owner to front and back wrapper as well as title page. Page edges untrimmed. Minor pulling to a few page edges not affecting text. General half title. t.p. and 8 separate lessons, each in French and Ethiopian with caption title and colophon; colophons vary slightly but each includes the name "Eberhart". Alphabet ethiopien, suivant la methode de Masclef - Supplement a l'alphabet ethiopien - Exercises de lecture, suivant la methode de Masclef - Explication de l'oraison dominicale - Explication de la salutation anguelique - Explication du symbole de acotres - Genese, papitre premier - Psaume ler.
