Amy Fenton Lee is the special needs consultant to The reThink Group, Inc. Amy has written extensively on the subject of special needs inclusion in children's ministry environments and has been published in dozens of in-print publications, journals, and on the web, including her own blog, In 2012, Amy served as the special needs columnist for Children's Ministry Magazine and is a frequent speaker at conferences for church ministry leaders.

Amy has served as a volunteer leader in virtually every type of children's and preschool ministry environment, including Sunday morning small groups, Wednesday night programming, Vacation Bible School, and summer camp. Amy's father is a longtime senior pastor.

In a previous life, Amy was a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Baylor University and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Alabama. Amy lives north of Atlanta with her husband, Brian, and son, Watson.
