Very nice clean book with pristine pages. Boards are likewise clean. Small crease to bottom front corner with dark spot at same and a half inch at top which is shiny in the gutter, evidently from a repair which seems to be holding nicely. No evidence of a problem on reverse side. SIGNED and inscribed by author thus, "To ------ Frances (nee Selkirk) Snell." Previous buyer then wrote "From Dad and Susie" next to it. Published for the occasion of Leamington's Centennial. Text traces town's history and is augmented with plentiful black and white photographs. Book measures 9"x11-1/4" and has 209 pages. Indexed.
