Letter from the Post-Master General, transmitting an annual report on post roads, which have been established more than two years. And have not in the second or last year produced one third part of the expense of carrying the mail, on the same, for such year. 28th November, 1803. Referred to the Committee appointed on the 18th ultimo, to enquire whether any, and what amendments are necessary to be made in the acts establishing a post-office and post roads within the United States.
