Small quartos. Vol.1: (xxxviii) 366pp. Vol.2: (xii) 585pp. Vol.3: (xii) 522pp. Red printed dust jackets, with white lettering on covers and spines. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on spines. Volume 1 covers the years 1821-1850, and per the publisher "brings together about two thousand letters from public and private collections and also some important correspondence from Tennyson's family and friends." Volume 2 covers the years 1851-1870, and shows "Tennyson the poet: the gradual emergence of a new and different Tennyson, moving confidently among the great and famous", and volume 3, covering 1871-1892, "spans the last twenty years of the Laureate's life and illuminates his late and limited successful career as a dramatist." Dust jackets with sunning to spines and to some edges. Also with some light creasing and scratches. Dj of vol.1 with some chipping and closed tear to corners and head & tail of spine. Bindings with some minor scratches and and smudges to some volumes. Binding of vol.1 with some light rubbing to head & tail of spine, and corners and edges. USPS Media mail is typically $5 for a book of average weight. Priority mail varies, depending on whether USPS flat-rates are applicable and advantageous for the dimension, weight and distance.

International:
International First Class typically starts at $20. International Priority is typically $35 or less if under four pounds weight, and starts at $40 if over four pounds. International Express is a faster and more expensive option.
