About this Item

Contains translations of 150 letters found on Akkadian clay tablets. The letters were selected for publication for their picture of a wide view of ancient life. They are fascinating, and a joy for anyone who is curious about ancient life and thought. The book is fine, with a light pencilled price mark in theupper RH corner (easily erased) and the DJ has some edgewear along the front bottom edge, but was covered in Brodart soon after, because the rest is perfect, with no clips or marks.
