Book is inscribed by author "For Liddy Thompson All best wishes from Ellie December 2005" in blue marker on half-title page. Book is in FINE condition with navy blue cloth binding with bold silver gilt lettering on spine. Book's spine tips and corners are true with binding and insides tight, bright, clean and unmarked. NO previous owner's or library markings. Right FEP to page IX has slightly uncut pages on edge's top and bottoms as they appear to have stuck from printer otherwise book is Fine. DW is covered by Brodart also in FINE condition. DW's glossy cover has sepia toned photo of elaborately ornate wall with two candle-abras surrounding portrait of Pauline Palmer. Lettering in bold beige on front cover and dark brown spine with bold white lettering. DW's spine tips and corners are very lightly bumped with mild creasing along top edge otherwise Fine.
