Gilder ( 1844-1909 ), an American poet and editor. Gilder was a member of the Assoc. for the Blind, The Citizens' Union and Chairman of the Tenement House Commission in New York City. This copy, which was edited by his daughter Rosamond Gilder, is a collection of letters and history about Gilders life. Copy has 19 black and white photographs, 1 is a facsimile of the Poem " The Dead Poet." Copy has deckled edges. This beautiful copy is very clean, tight and complete. Bookseller Inventory # 017068
