Considered Swift's first publication. Swift served as Temple's secretary at Moor Park beginning in 1692. In addition to editing these letters he contributed the dedication to William III and the Epistle. "Containing an account of the most Important Transactions that pass'd in Christendom from 1665 to 1672." Volume III published in 1703. Vol. II (only, of 3). 8vo. The usual moderate foxing in first volume, lighter in Vol. II; excellent, sound copy. 'Review'd by Sir W.
