One of 565 unnumbered copies of which 550 (inscluding this copy) printed on Zerkall mould made rag paper. Inscribed and dated Sept. 14, 1934 by Weinberger on the front free endpaper. Slim 8vo. in paper covered boards printed in light green. 38 pp. Frontis facsimile of the firts issue of Zenger's newspaper, one additional plate. The addresses contained herein were delivered before the New York Bar Association incommemoration of Andrew Hamilton, the lawyer who defended Peter Zenger in the landmark freedom of the press trial in 1735.
