Its history began in the middle of the nineteeth century, when as the Emiliana Press printed some of the most beautifull books for the great Venetian publisher Ferdinando Ongania. La Libreria Emiliana è la più antica libreria di Venezia. La sua storia comincia già alla metà dell 800: la Tipografia Emiliana stampò alcune delle più belle opere per il grande editore veneziano Ferdinando Ongania, poi continuò la sua notevole attività editoriale fino alla fine del XX secolo.
