Covers with moderate to heavy scuffing, some soiling, and general fading. Leather binding deteriorating with loss of leather to the tail and head of the spine. The two halves of the text block are solid, with a dampstain present along the lower margin and lower fore edge, lessening toward the end of the book. Scattered foxing throughout, moderate to heavy at times. General browning to the paper, with several pages being very browned. Scattered soiling.
