Very handsome book in clean, bright condition. No names or writing, no bumps to boards and pristone pages and page edges. Dustjacket shows a little wear to upper back corner, but is most handsome in brand new mylar cover. Measures 10"x12-1/4"and has 180 pages. This is a stunnig book i;llustrated with beautiful wood engravings from Harper's Weekly magazine from 1859-1093, right of whcih are hand colored. Numerous artists, bnut including Thomas Nast and Winslow Homer. Considerable trext, but enphasis is on art. Bookseller Inventory # 25588DH

Also, joining our staff are our beloved bookshop kitties -- Miss Lil and Mickey. The former provides gentility and elan, and the latter (who is basically a street thug) provides comic relief.
