Full title of this beautifully printed Folio Society book is "The Life and Death of Thomas Becket, Chancellor England and Archbishop of Canterbury, based on the account of William fitzStephen his clerk, with additions from other contemporary sources." Translated and edited by George Greenaway. Boards are silver/gray patterning (like strips of wood), with one-quarter red with title in gilt, decorations on spine seals of England and Becket.Book was printed in 1967 and looks like it just came off the press. Endpages are red with white seals of England and Becket. Slipcase shows a it of shelf wear. Bookseller Inventory # 000778
