xviii,336, 4; xvii, 430, [1 ad page]; 380 pages. The first three (of four) volumes of Harris's sexually frank autobiography, which was banned for many years in the US. Limitation of volume I not stated; volume II is one of 1000 copies; volume III, one of 425 copies. First editions of all three volumes. Volume two is out of series (not numbered). The three volumes have green cloth spines with maroon morocco labels. Rear hinge of volumes I and III cracked, but generally very good. Lacking the errata slips. With a typed letter on Pearson's Magazine stationery signed by Harris laid in. The letter is folded for mailing with weak folds and three old tape stains (not affecting signature). Paper strip mounted to the verso, probably for insertion into one of the volumes of My Loves. Bookseller Inventory # 131839
