About this Item

First Edition. 131 pp + Arabic text. Original wrappers. Very Good+. For Ibn al-Shatir, see the typically outstanding scholarship of David A. King in D.S.B. XII, 357-364. King never hesitates to criticize his peers when he sees fit (just take a look at his complete bibliography on-line), but this book came out just after the D.S.B. so he does not comment on it in the article. And while Kennedy was a collaborator of King's, that does nothing to spare one from King's wrath. King reviewed other publications of Kennedy's but not this one. Bookseller Inventory # 15737
