New endpapers and paste-downs.Light wear to the boards with some scuffing. Previous owner's bookplate on the front paste-down. Foxing to the preliminary and terminal leaves. Light spotting to the verso and margins of numerous plates.The pages of text are largely clean and bright. Charles Dicken's "Little Dorrit" is a satirical commentary on society and government in England. Centering on debtor's prisons and rigid social structure, it is the fictional account of Amy Dorrit and her family's struggles and triumphs.
