Includes a letter dates October 12, 1962 to an attorney in Pasadena, TX from I. Klug of Londonderry House. This letter to the attorney reads as follows: With reference to your letter sent to Arnold Clements re: his advertisement regarding a private palace available, we enclose herewith book explaining same. The paintings are not available. The cost would include dismantling and shipping C. I. F. Port of Houston. The house was indeed sold in 1962, but apparently not to this buyer. Instead, it was demolished and the London Hilton built in its place. Size: 4mo - over 9 3/4" - 12" tall. Pages are yellowed, but are tight and clean. Dust Jacket worn at edges, small chips and tears.
