Tail of spine is slightly rubbed, very small sunned edge along bottom, bands of foxing ep's . Book is very tight and square. Book has interior DJ by Asherman Library and external unclipped ($2.75) DJ that features 'preacher' front and center with Texas and Confederate colors behind him and the Holy Bible in his hands. Outside DJ has edge wear, chipping and some soiling. Back panel has small portrait of author and ads for 'Gone to Texas', 'Jeb Stuart' and 'Fix bayonets'.
