A detailed history of the evolution of architecture and buildings in Dublin, Ireland, documented many buildings that had been demolished due to modern commercial and social patterns. This includes theatres and cinemas such as the Royal, the Queen's and the Capitol, as well as various restaurants, Victorian commercial palaces and schools. Curiosities such as the Foster Aqueduct, the Cauliflower, and 'The Thing' on O'Connell Bridge are present, as well as various buildings with literary associations. Interiors are also documented, with many photos being published for the first time. GOOD+ condition. Uneven fading along the extremities, with some soiling and scuffing present.
