No visible wear, cloth clean and bright, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket has a tiny hole in the spine and is slightly soiled, else very good to near fine. Simpson Bobo Tanner [1853=1924] was a textile manufacturer, who, in 1887, with J.S. Spencer, founded the Henrietta Mills in Rutherford County, North Carolina.
