About this Item

One of Dallas's first truly great celebrity chef, Mr. Dean Fearing, presents here some terrific recipes together with a suggested wine association. Signed boldly by the chef on the front free endpaper and dated 88. The copyright page states a first edition but it is a second printing of that edition according to the number row. A few beautiful photographic illustrations of a dish. 287 pages and a truly beautiful book without obvious flaws in a dust jacket that has been protected by a mylar sleeve and is thus still unworn, bright, and shiny.
