This catalog is signed on the back by Mai Kanazawa, who lived in Seattle, but who worked at the Chicago World's Fair in the Japanese Pavilion as an usher dressed in a kimono. She was in Chicago studying music when the Fair occurred. She would spend WWII at the Minidoka Concentration Camp?.she settled in Madison after the war with her husband, never to return to her childhood home in Seattle.
