Black lettering to spine and front board, deep pine green cloth-covered boards. Clean, unmarked text. Solid binding. With 10 excellent historical photograph illustrations. 153 pp. The life of the Spaldings, early pioneer missionaries to the Pacific Northwest, is recorded here by the daughter, Eliza. "I have been collecting material for years in regard to the early pioneer life of my parents, and at urgent request of many of my friends I have gotten the material into book form.
