5 1/2 X 7 1/2 IN. 198 pp. States "Printed November 1902" on copyright pg. Pink pictoral cloth boards. Extremely scarce, a sequel, "Mollie and the Unwiseman Abroad" is much more widely known. The ffep has a charming original poem by Albert Bigelow Paine, to his daughter Louise, dated Christmas 1903. The hand is recognizable to us, as we purchased a trove of A. B. Paine books from an heir. Condition is FAIR ; edges and corners worn with fraying to spine ends. Covers rubbed with some faint pencil marks. Spine quite sunned. Front cover detached at hinge and spine, but hanging on well, with stitched binding loose at joints. Text clean and bright with no other markings. Children's. ABP RGR. 0.0.
