Illustrated with 9 Plates, including two graphs, one Isoseimal map, one with an Accelerograph record and a Seisamogram, three with black and white photos of earthquake damage (each with a tissue guard printed with descriptions of each photo), and two maps; five figures and six tables--a wealth of technical and anecdotal information on these earthquakes. Grey wrappers printed in black and with the title in black letters on the spine. Just a couple of dings to the spine, corners square and flat, all illustrations present and in fine condition, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. This book "presents a careful scientific discussion of the subject of earthquakes in general and of the recent Montana earthquakes in particular."
