This is an advertising booklet produced by the Wheat Flower Institute for the pupose of promoting the health benefits of eating buttered white bread on a daily basis! Mother Goose rhymes are modified to get the Institute's message across. Color drawings around text on every page. The book is in remarkable shape for being a piece of ephemera from this era.
