Description:

Front wraps show a mound at Ocmulgee; the back a scene at Porterfield. This booklet shows minor edge and corner wear along with some aging. Quite attractive condition, square with no chips, tears or parting. Filled with photographs. ; B&W Photographs; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 96 pages; This is a comprehensive booklet promoting Macon Georgia in 1941. It seems aimed more at attracting business and residents than it does at promoting tourism, though it probabaly served all three purposes. Different sections were written by different people with Joseph Neel being the Editor and compiler. The booklet provides a complete picture of Macon, early in World War II. Bookseller Inventory #
