About this title

Drawing together threads from hypnotherapy, behavioural science, Zen, Sufism and esoteric Christianity, Duncan McColl presents a practical self-help guide to the immense potential of the human mind. Using visualisation, creative imagery and self-hypnosis, he provides a fresh perspective on developing personal skills to eliminate problems such as ill-health, lack of energy and low self-esteem. This is an ideal resource for everyone wishing to unlock their creativity and discover the magic of their mind power.
