She has studied dietetics based on biochemistry and molecular biology for more than 40 years, and has taken part in international conferences on these subjects, specializing in problems arising from dietary deficiencies.
Her work is characterized by its didactic, thorough and clear style, and she is considered a specialist in dietetics and nutrition, gives numerous courses and conferences on the subject, and is often asked by the media to talk about these issues. She has authored several books.
