About this Item

Grey cloth with black lettering. Light fray and bumping to head and heel of spine and tips of corners. Clear tape repair to upper edge of spine. Light scuffing and minor soil to rear board. Previous owner signature to front endpaper and small mailing label neatly affixed to upper margin of title page. Rear hinge just starting with 1" split in paper at gutter and is weak but not broken. Text is clean and bright, no marks. Said Arthur Conan Doyle in his book 'History of Spiritualism: "Finally-and best of all-there is "Man's Survival After Death," by the Rev. Charles L. Tweedale; but this is rather a very fine connected exposition of the truth of the cult than a deliberate consecutive history.". Bookseller Inventory # B121011
