Presumably published or circulated (according to a cover letter) from Delaplane Service Bureau, Edgewater Colorado, at Denver. 11x 8.5; 12pp & 7pp. Original wrappers. Two-hole punched with brass gathers at top. Old vertical fold through text. Original wrappers are very thin and dusted. __+__ Provenance: Library of Congress, with their rubber stamp on rear wrapper. VG condition. NO COPIES found in WorldCat.__+__ This offset printed work starts with 12 pp listing acres surveyed for homesteading by county in 12 western states, arranged by country with a single-line entry referencing what the land might be best suited for. __+__ This section is followed by 7pp (printed on blue paper) of the rules and regulations of being a homesteader. __+__ I think this is what you needed to know and abide to stake your claim.
