One of 900 copies set in 12-point Monotype Caslon and printed at the Whittington Press on Sommerville Laid and Zerkall Halbmatt papers. Colour plates and half-tones are printed at the Senecio Press. Wood-engravings are printed from the wood, and the line blocks are made by Keene Engraving. This being one of 800 copies bound in pattern paper designed by Vance Gerry.
