About the Author: Carolyn Noell is a retired school teacher and counselor with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. She volunteers as a Stephen Minister with the Davidson College Presbyterian Church. She and her husband Tom have three children and two grandchildren. They enjoy the college town of Davidson, which reminds them of their growing-up years spent outside Chapel Hill. Carolyn’s previous book is Weathered Pine, a book of poetry.
