About the Author:

I have gained my own knowledge from personal experience of living with an alcohol-dependent relative. This has been a difficult ship to steer, and if I can make this stormy voyage the tiniest bit easier for fellow travelers, then I will be more than just a little happy. This book contains my observations and understanding of living with the problems of alcohol dependency. It is my attempt to clearly describe the dynamics of a relationship with an alcoholic to the average person, from the perspective of an average person. I am not an expert, and nothing I say in this book is to be construed as an expert opinion. This is my experience. I am not your counselor or adviser. This book isn't intended as professional advice of any sort. The information provided in this book is provided in good faith for general informational purposes only. The Meeting: Book 2 should not be considered a substitute for the advice of a health professional, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on information contained in this book in place of the advice of a health professional. Names have been changed to maintain anonymity.
