Publisher's black cloth and boards. Issued with unprinted mylar dust wrapper (fine). The book was printed in an edition of 350 copies, designed by the author. 8 x 11 1/4 inches. Color illustrations throughout. Two autograph letters signed by D'Ambrosio laid in. Both are on cards with an illustration of one of his books.
