The binding is tight and square, the boards and cloth back are very clean and fresh with light shelf wear to the fore edge corners which remain firm and square. Internally, the first four pages are quite spotted and there is lighter spotting throughout the remaining pages, light spotting around most photograph borders and some faint spotting to many of the photographs.
