8vo. Cream wrappers, red string-tied. (4pp). Facsimile insert. Near fine. A tight and pristine keepsake menu with decorative blue and gilt front wrapper border. Inside front wrapper bears printed menu and inside rear wrapper lists speakers Carl Van Doren and A.S.W. Rosenbach. Stitched in is a smaller (12mo) facsimile on tan stock of the title page of Dumas' "Petit Dictionnaire de Cuisine" (Paris: Alphonse Lemerre, 1882) followed by three text pages in French discussing "Beignets de celeri," "Tourle d'oeufs" and "Gateau Frascati."
